Maple cream is made with just one ingredient — pure maple syrup. There is no dairy in maple cream. It is also known as maple butter, or maple spread.
Our maple cream is made from our pure, “Golden Color Delicate Taste” maple syrup that has been boiled further to remove more moisture, then cooled and stirred until it becomes creamy. There is no butter, cream, or other additives in it. It is called maple cream because of its very smooth, creamy texture.
Maple cream is delicious on toast, English muffins, waffles, bagels, muffins, cinnamon buns, crackers, scones, and pancakes. It also makes a great frosting for cakes, cookies and breads. Some love it straight out of the jar by the spoonful!
